Bartlett Roofing is a fantastic business to work with. Our first impression was with Alexander Lyons, who was very professional and helpful all the way through the roof repair process. He was very kind and we could always contact him if we had any questions. The office was great also. Both Alexander and the main office were easy to reach and very thorough in their communication. I'm a Realtor here in the valley, so I see a lot of roof replacements and repairs. After my experience with Bartlett, I can definitively say they're the best in the Treasure Valley, hands down. Bartlett roofing did a fantastic job with my roof installation. Huge shout out to Scott who helped navigate the entire process which was very daunting dealing with my insurance company. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, on time, with the best roofing material I've seen. If you're looking for an amazing roofing company, I highly recommend Bartlett.

Garrett with Bartlett Roofing was great to work with and my overall experience with Bartlett Roofing was excellent. Garrett took all the guesswork out of my roof repair due to wind damage. On his initial inspection he clearly indicated where it was obvious a high wind event had removed many shingles and cracked a bunch more, taking pictures and documenting the damage, then was able to meet my insurance adjuster on site to review the damage and establish the claim. The roofing work was scheduled, completed in a timely fashion, and was done to a high quality standard. From start to finish, I give this company high marks and I now have a roof that will not lead to leaks and worse insurance claims down the road. Thank you, Garrett, and Bartlett Roofing!

Our roof was badly damaged from a windstorm. Adam inspected our roof, helped us to submit our claim and had our roof replaced in no time. He made the process simple and stress free. The quality of work is amazing. They had the old roof off and the new one installed in one day! The crew also did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they were done. We always hear people complaining about finding nails everywhere after having their roof replaced. We did not have that experience. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced or repaired.

I recently had my entire roof replaced by Bartlett Roofing. Thomas and Suzy were awesome to work with. They answered every question we had and kept us informed on both our insurance claims and out of pocket expenses along the way so there were no surprises! The installers were fast, professional and very respectful! They finished our entire roof in a day and my property was left cleaner than when they arrived! I cannot say enough good things about Bartlett Roofing and the staff they have working for them! If you need a roof replaced, repaired or inspected, Bartlett Roofing is who you should call every time!

We have been trying to get our insurance to cover our outdated roof for 2 years now. We have had 3 different roofers try. Like the other Bartlett was told no. However, Joe didn't take that as a final answer. He kept submitting reports of the damage and finally was able to get a yes from our insurance. We picked out our roof color easily. Suzie in scheduling worked with us after we had to change our installation date a few times. On the day of installation the team was on the time and work quickly to complete our roof. After they were done, Joe came out to make sure everything was good. After that another inspector came out (Lake, I believe his name was). The whole experience was professional but personal. They did a great job. Thank you Bartlett Team!

Jake with Bartlett Roofing was great! He was informative and transparent about the whole process. Everything was so simple and went exactly as Jake said it would. There were no surprises and installation took only one day. The crew did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with our new roof.
