For this project, we breathed new life into a roof that may have had only a few years left. The roof showed many signs of aging and deterioration, but by utilizing Uniflex Silicone Coatings, we avoided the costly removal of the existing TPO Roof. Instead, we applied a Silicone Coating with a 15-year warranty. This seamless application reduces the risk of leaks, boasts high reflectivity for utility savings, and combats ponding water effectively.
