This project was brought to us due to leaks affecting multiple tenants throughout the business complex. We replaced wet insulation, addressed the underlying issues causing the leaks, and applied a Silicone Coating to prevent future leaks. This budget-friendly option aligned well with their financial constraints, and we completed the entire 16,700 SF job in under a week. As a result, all businesses were able to resume seamless service to their customers
