There employee Collin was so helpful with explaining the process. My mom new she needed a new roof and couldn't afford out of pocket so he was very helpful on how to do a home owners claim.. he walked us through every step of the way. I am 75 years old and have worked with various contractors over the years. My first flawless experience was with Bartlett Roofing. From working with the sales representative, Frederick Goff, to the individuals installing the roof and inspecting it - the entire experience was seamless and professional. They worked perfectly with my insurance company, did all of the work, and gave me continual updates during the process and afterwards. The installation was without delay, the end produce was absolutely impressive, and the clean-up afterwards was considerate and thorough. Can't say enough good about this company!!!

Getting a new roof is a headache! All of the planning, dealing with the insurance, the noise, people on your roof for days on end etc. Thankfully, Bartlett Roofing was the company that took care of ALL of the headache for me. The Sales Rep/project manager (Forrest Holden) relieved so much of my stress by staying in constant contact and keeping me informed every step of the way. He made sure that i was prepared for all of the goods and bads when it comes to removing and installing a new roof. I'm a big fan of having zero or few surprises. The crew(s) that conducted the labor were also extremely efficient and professional. All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience. I will (and already have) recommend Bartlett Roofing and Forrest Holden to all of my friends, family and neighbors.

We had our roof replaced this February. The company is great. Easy to work with. They have the greatest employees and contractors working for them. Troy was phenomenal.He took care of everything from start to finish. Just a great guy. The crew that did the actual roof was great and got it done in one day plus 2 hours the next morning and did an excellent job. Back then it was dark early. The roof looks wonderful.We wanted new gutters put on and Troy orchestrated all of that for us as well. We did not have insurance and he was the only one out of the 3 roofing companies that I contacted, who sincerely took our situation into consideration. 10/10. Best experience I could have asked for. Alex Bogel was a professional every step of the way. Roofing crew was clean and respectful. Cleaned along the way and did a great job. They did the little things like putting a tarp under the air compressor, tarping off flower beds and spa. Clean up was a 10/10. Seriously, call them.

I would strongly recommend these guys to family and friends!! I asked for a roof inspection which showed some wind damage. I submitted a claim with my insurance and Bartlett came to meet the insurance inspector that day to clarify any issues and coverage. This helped reduce the time to replace. the replacement was scheduled and done in a timely manner with highest quality shingles! Most impressive was the cleaning effort after the job was done. Tarps were used around the house for most of the old shingles, but the effort to pick up the remaining nails, roof paper etc. was incredible! Because it was a January replacement the daylight was short. They used flashlights and spend over an hour in the dark making sure my yard and driveway were clean. I've spoken to many who were very dissatisfied with their roffer's cleanup of their roof replacement. these guys are professionals and know what they are doing. thank you Bartlett for a remarkable job Please use me as a reference.

It's astonishing Bartlett remains in business! Unethical, unreliable, VERY POOR quality work, untrustworthy. Business model seems like outright insurance fraud! I had to sign an agreement that whatever the insurance company pays, Bartlett will bill the insurance company for the full amount. They refused to provide any quote to be held to. Many other quotes all ranged from the low to mid-twenties. Insurance company ultimately paid over $35,000. Bartlett took every penny, including the over $6,000 for the solar removal/replacement, then did not even pay all of that to the solar company. They just kept it!I have over a hundred photos documenting the progress and numerous quality issues. If only I could share them here!EXAMPLES:• Installed two different colors of drip edge & valley metal. Result: Me having to force them to pull off large chunks of completed work.• Covered up a nasty squishy plyboard on my roof. Result - Uncovered and replaced it.• Ignored work agreement. e.g. installing ice/water barrier higher up. Installing valley metal on the rear of the house.• Damaged my new fence. Pulled camera footage to prove it.• Damaged roof including soffits, solar boots/cables/pipes. Took MONTHS to get fixed.• I spent hours cleaning up HUNDREDS of nails after they left. Kids and nails do not mix.• AFTER completion, EVERY TIME someone came over to the house, they would laugh and say, "I have no idea how this roof ever passed quality control checks". e.g. Solar guy got up there and sent me a photo saying, "you know you are missing an eight foot strip of cap up here, right?" or months later a guy was looking at it as spent an entire day fixing many issues like flashing.• Promised me, in writing, multiple things due to all the issues experience and then chose not keep those promises later.• Installed low ridge caps when high profile were originally there.• Claimed to have fired installers.WORST contractor experience of my life!BEWARE! Shady storm chasing company.

I have to admit I was hesitant to follow through with this (lack of knowledge on my part). However, with Beacons help, consistency in answering all my questions and getting back to me as soon as possible helped so much. I was impressed how quickly the workers were able to replace my roof, provide the upgrades and check in several times through the process. I am incredibly grateful for Beacon and the Bartlett Roofing team. It’s been about 3 weeks since our new roof and have been really happy with it.

Bartlett Roofing mechanically damaged our roof doing an inspection to see about replacing it. They damaged 68 tiles. Our insurance company sent two adjusters, and a third party engineer to do a full report. Our roof is no longer covered by insurance for repairs because of this, and we cannot file a claim against their insurance because THEY DON'T HAVE ANY. I filed a report with the Idaho Dept of Licensing (because this is fraud and illegal). Investigation is under way, but in the meantime, they screwed us over and won't repair it.

Dependable, Trustworthy, and Delivers exactly what they promise! So many companies promise the moon, but, in the end their promises are like Styrofoam flakes; full of hot air, messy, and get all over the place. Bartlett Roofing is the REAL DEAL. They run a fine-tuned and incredibly well organized company that backs the clients they work with. It has been a very long time since I had people like Jordan consistently going the extra mile on my behalf. We are currently working on a second roof job for my son's house. The day our new roof was scheduled everything went like clockwork. The old roof was completely removed and the new roof placed, the cleaning crews left our house and yard spotless and quality control came out the next day to inspect the job and insure it was done right. I have had several follow-up calls and texts to make sure that we were completely satisfied. From the get-go, Jordan was professional, treated us like friends, and proved himself and that Bartlett Roofing truly cares about the clients. Jordan did an incredible job documenting the damage to our roof on his report and working with the Insurance company to settle the claim. Talk about reliability, trustworthiness, compassion, and caring. Jordan and the Bartlett Roofing company has been in our corner and my son's corner representing our best interests and working on our behalf to satisfy the insurance companies requests and to challenge them if need be. I seldom write more than one or two google reviews per year and only do so if a company has earned my trust and validation as my character and reputation is on the line if others chose that company based on my recommendations. Therefore, I do not write reviews unless a company is truly worth the praise I bestow upon them. Bartlett Roofing is reputable, honest, and trustworthy! They certainly earned my Five Star Review! I have been working with Roofers on and off for 14 years of my career. Bartlett Roofing by far has been my best vendor. They gave a comprehensive bid with pictures. The project manager Scott Greer was absolute pleasure to work with. He communicated effectively and made my life a lot easier when other projects interfered with the TPO replacement. He rescheduled around others as needed, Never complained, Answered the phone almost every time and if not i would get a text and a call back the same day. I never received a single complaint about the crew from our residents. They fully prepped walking areas not to damage flooring. During final inspection he sent a full crew to check all seams! I give Bartlett Roofing an A+! looking forward to working with them again! Thank you for conducting yourselves like real professionals.

Bartlett's roofing team worked quickly to get my roof replaced in 1.5 days. They left my yard and patio clean, like they were never there. The roof looks great!The sales reps did a great job of working with my insurance company to maximize my benefit. My $30K roof only cost me $5K (deductible).

My brother went for a Sales job interview at this company and I was incredibly disappointed to hear how they treated him.He is a retired veteran firefighter who worked in the Air Force. He just relocated to Boise and is looking for a job. The phone interview went very well and he was excited to have an in person interview the next day.He arrived on-time and in appropriate attire with a physical copy of his resume for the interview. He learned he would be interviewed by three men. The first question they asked him was "Tell me about yourself" - Great. He asked if they read his resume - They said they hadn't. He then asked if they would like a to look at the physical copy of his resume that he brought. They said they weren't interested in it. This was the first red flag for him and it went downhill from there.Probably 5-10 minutes into giving him the background of his life, one of the men interrupted him and said "Wow, this is so boring. Sorry, I have ADHD, and this is just really boring to me". I was shocked when I heard this. I felt like this was so incredibly rude especially after they literally asked him to tell them about himself. I'm not sure what kind of company would put a person like this in a leadership position. Another one of the three men then apologized for that guy and asked my brother to keep going. It just got worse from there.They made negative and condescending remarks to him about moving here from California. When he said that he liked to golf, the same one who said he was bored said "I shoot guns, which is a real sport". They also asked him if he owned a gun... How is that an appropriate question for someone who is interviewing for a Sales position?The way these men represented this company and handled the interview with my brother was incredibly disrespectful and rude. I genuinely felt uncomfortable and quite disgusted hearing about it afterward. I do not feel like this is a professional or respectable company because of the people they chose to interview my brother.When I hire someone to work on my home, I want people who I can rely and trust on to be around my family/kids/pets; I want people who won't make me feel uncomfortable in my own home. These men represented this company in such a poor manner, I wouldn't trust any of their employees and I wouldn't recommend them for hire.

Bartlett roofing is the best to work with. For years I had salesman coming to our home telling us we need a new roof, and out of all the salesman I always said i would go to Bartlett Roofing. That time came and Chris from Bartlett showed up and he got me a new ,amazing, beautiful and sturdy roof! Excellent customer service!! I highly recommend them if you need a new roof!!

The process was extremely easy for me and he worked within my limited window of availability. From start to finish, working with this company was amazing and stress-free. John Ingham was on top of things and always very responsive. I had gotten a bid from another company that would only cover a portion of my roof through insurance. John talked to my insurance company and was able to get them to cover the cost of a full roof replacement.Whenever he gave me a time frame in which he would meet me at my home he was always there at the earliest time, actually 5 minutes early. The same with the roofing crew. The whole process was SO painless that I actually found myself wondering if I had missed something. I had not, they were just doing their jobs.

I'm sure these guys are nice, and they do a fine job. What they don't do is clean-up the mess they make in the neighbors yards. My yard had plenty of their roofing nails laying on the ground, plenty of the sand/grit that flies off the roof as they scrape the old roof surface, lots of paper/tar pieces from the old roof, and trash from the wrappers used to package the new shingles.You may want to consider taking 10 minutes to at least go check with the neighbors next to your job site. After all, lots of business is gained by neighbors seeing your trucks out front and talking to one another. Being proactive is far better than being reactive.

Garrett with Bartlett Roofing was great to work with and my overall experience with Bartlett Roofing was excellent. Garrett took all the guesswork out of my roof repair due to wind damage. On his initial inspection he clearly indicated where it was obvious a high wind event had removed many shingles and cracked a bunch more, taking pictures and documenting the damage, then was able to meet my insurance adjuster on site to review the damage and establish the claim. The roofing work was scheduled, completed in a timely fashion, and was done to a high quality standard. From start to finish, I give this company high marks and I now have a roof that will not lead to leaks and worse insurance claims down the road. Thank you, Garrett, and Bartlett Roofing!

Our roof was badly damaged from a windstorm. Adam inspected our roof, helped us to submit our claim and had our roof replaced in no time. He made the process simple and stress free. The quality of work is amazing. They had the old roof off and the new one installed in one day! The crew also did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they were done. We always hear people complaining about finding nails everywhere after having their roof replaced. We did not have that experience. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced or repaired.

I recently had my entire roof replaced by Bartlett Roofing. Thomas and Suzy were awesome to work with. They answered every question we had and kept us informed on both our insurance claims and out of pocket expenses along the way so there were no surprises! The installers were fast, professional and very respectful! They finished our entire roof in a day and my property was left cleaner than when they arrived! We have been trying to get our insurance to cover our outdated roof for 2 years now. We have had 3 different roofers try. Like the other Bartlett was told no. However, Joe didn't take that as a final answer. He kept submitting reports of the damage and finally was able to get a yes from our insurance. We picked out our roof color easily. Suzie in scheduling worked with us after we had to change our installation date a few times. On the day of installation the team was on the time and work quickly to complete our roof. After they were done, Joe came out to make sure everything was good. After that another inspector came out (Lake, I believe his name was). The whole experience was professional but personal.
