What do I like about this business? EVERYTHING!! Thomas King is the person I worked with the most and he was excellent to work with, very professional, very kind, patient & knowledgeable! I haven’t had a roof replaced before and I had lots of concerns and questions, he answered all of them with ease. Now, I’d like to take a moment to share my feelings with regards to the crew that came out to replace my roof. Those men knew how to work!! They worked as a team! Everyone knew their job and they worked in perfect sync to get the job completed and to do it correctly! What a crew!! I highly recommend this company, Thomas and the crew!

I initially meet with Hudson and Tyler. They were great in dealing with my insurance. My Insurance company wasn't the easiest to work with but they kept on top of things and finally were able to get approval to replace my roof. I would definitely recommend Bartlett roofing.

Our roof was damaged in the last windstorm. I didn't know how serious it was until Alexander Lyons showed me the pictures he took during his free inspection. Alexander worked with my insurance company, giving them pictures, details, etc. to help them see all of the problem areas. He sat with us and explained our options, helped us understand what they would do, and walked us through the entire process, including checking to be sure everything was completed. They did an excellent job except a couple of minor problems which they took care of as soon as I called them.

I had such an amazing experience with Bartlett Roofing, with a special consideration to Kyle Wheeler. He did an exceptional job explaining everything that was going on throughout the hole process. He fought with our insurance company and made sure we got everything we needed. I have no doubt that without his help we would not have gotten our new roof. I really can not thank him enough for all the time and effort he spent on our project. He was there when the adjuster came and worked hard to document everything that was going on. If you use Kyle you will be in the best of hands. I would give him 10 stars if it was possible!!

We hired Bartlett Roofing in SLC to replace our home and detached garage's roof after sustaining hail damage.Tyler L. and Hudson S. were our Bartlett reps, and they went above and beyond with their attentiveness and patience in walking me through everything from the inspections to the repair. They and the company were very knowledgeable, flexible and extremely easy to work with. The construction was done in one day and the cleanup was thorough.I was hesitant to have third party help when filing my USAA claim but they are legitimate. Our roofing looks great, thank you!

I would like to give a personal review of Beacon Howard. He came to our door knowing we were new to the neighborhood offering services. My elderly mother and I rent so we made it clear we could not make improvements to the house. Beacon was very polite and professional, showing us he genuinely cared about our needs. Beacon left his card and said he would help us with anything we needed. I recently needed help mowing our lawn and called Beacon. We were very impressed with Adam Rogers and his crew! We had gotten an estimate before and asked about billing insurance but they said it was “too old”. My husband had planned to do our roof - but hadn’t gotten around to it. Thankfully Adam stopped by and asked to take a look and explained the whole process to me and how it wasn’t true that insurance wouldn’t cover it! Within a few hours Adam had helped me submit a claim-talked with the insurance for me - and answered a bunch of questions for us! Everything on our part was extremely easy!Now the actual install was amazingly fast and professional! We were so impressed with the detail of the crew! When they were done they had straightened up bikes, and hauled off tree limbs for us - so not only did the roof look great but all around our home did too! Thank you Bartlett roofing, and Adam! Highly recommend! Kyle was really great to work with throughout the entire process. He took care of everything with our insurance company. I think I only had to actually talk to them once. Very professional while still being personable. When it finally came time to get the job done, they came on time and had the job done and cleaned up in a day. The new roof looks great! From start to finish, working with this company was amazing and stress-free. John Ingham was on top of things and always very responsive. I had gotten a bid from another company that would only cover a portion of my roof through insurance. John talked to my insurance company and was able to get them to cover the cost of a full roof replacement.Whenever he gave me a time frame in which he would meet me at my home he was always there at the earliest time, actually 5 minutes early. The same with the roofing crew. The whole process was SO painless that I actually found myself wondering if I had missed something. I had not, they were just doing their jobs.

I'm sure these guys are nice, and they do a fine job. What they don't do is clean-up the mess they make in the neighbors yards. My yard had plenty of their roofing nails laying on the ground, plenty of the sand/grit that flies off the roof as they scrape the old roof surface, lots of paper/tar pieces from the old roof, and trash from the wrappers used to package the new shingles.You may want to consider taking 10 minutes to at least go check with the neighbors next to your job site. After all, lots of business is gained by neighbors seeing your trucks out front and talking to one another. Being proactive is far better than being reactive.

Garrett with Bartlett Roofing was great to work with and my overall experience with Bartlett Roofing was excellent. Garrett took all the guesswork out of my roof repair due to wind damage. On his initial inspection he clearly indicated where it was obvious a high wind event had removed many shingles and cracked a bunch more, taking pictures and documenting the damage, then was able to meet my insurance adjuster on site to review the damage and establish the claim. The roofing work was scheduled, completed in a timely fashion, and was done to a high quality standard. From start to finish, I give this company high marks and I now have a roof that will not lead to leaks and worse insurance claims down the road. Thank you, Garrett, and Bartlett Roofing!

Our roof was badly damaged from a windstorm. Adam inspected our roof, helped us to submit our claim and had our roof replaced in no time. He made the process simple and stress free. The quality of work is amazing. They had the old roof off and the new one installed in one day! The crew also did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they were done. We always hear people complaining about finding nails everywhere after having their roof replaced. We did not have that experience. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced or repaired.

I recently had my entire roof replaced by Bartlett Roofing. Thomas and Suzy were awesome to work with. They answered every question we had and kept us informed on both our insurance claims and out of pocket expenses along the way so there were no surprises! We have been trying to get our insurance to cover our outdated roof for 2 years now. We have had 3 different roofers try. Like the other Bartlett was told no. However, Joe didn't take that as a final answer. He kept submitting reports of the damage and finally was able to get a yes from our insurance. We picked out our roof color easily. Suzie in scheduling worked with us after we had to change our installation date a few times. On the day of installation the team was on the time and work quickly to complete our roof. After they were done, Joe came out to make sure everything was good. After that another inspector came out (Lake, I believe his name was). The whole experience was professional but personal.
