For this project, we partnered with Uniflex Coatings to deliver a full roof restoration. SBG Idaho had been dealing with recurring leaks throughout the past year, all traced back to a deteriorating cap sheet nearing the end of its lifespan.
Our team addressed the major issues by replacing compromised insulation, verifying the entire deck was dry and structurally sound, and then applying a seamless, monolithic coating. This solution not only resolved the existing problems but also provided the customer with peace of mind for the next 15 years, thanks to a warranty backed by both Bartlett Roofs and the manufacturer.
Spanning 16,700 square feet, this project was completed in just 5 days with zero disruption to the business operations!
